Our Shiloh Kids Host Team is often the first volunteer team a new family with children gets to interact with when they arrive at Shiloh Church. Host Team members help to create a welcoming, friendly, and safe environment that families can trust with their children.

If you love kids, this is the ministry for you. Our children’s team has the opportunity to share God’s love in a direct and tangible way. You have the option of working with many different age ranges. No experience is necessary-just a willingness to serve.

A fresh hot cup of coffee is a great way to help others "be alert and of sober mind" for church! As a member of the coffee shop team you have the pleasure of brewing coffee and making custom espresso drinks each Sunday. It's a great way to fellowship with and serve our guests as well other dream team members.

So, we are starting a new team we are calling, “Flex Team.” This Team will consist of a group with the gift, passion, and desire to serve in any area as needed. “Flex Team” will also be serving at various events throughout the year. Please let me know by text or call if you are interested and that you have received this message. Since this could involve you serving at Child Check-in or in Children Ministry, a background check will be required (this will be conducted and paid by the church)

Our team serves as the hosts of the Growth Track, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at Shiloh Church.

A warm smile, a firm handshake, these are the experiences that make a church a home. As a greeter you set the tone of a person’s visit by creating a welcoming environment. It’s also a great opportunity to make a ton of new friends that you’ll soon call family.

Changing the world starts with changing where we are. There are so many ways to do that at Shiloh, but one of the lesser-known ways is by being a part of the Jail Ministry Team. Every week this team brings hope and encouragement into the Bell County Detention Center. 

Every Sunday, this team brings hope and encouragement into the Claiborne County TN Justice Center.

Students in the 6th - 8th grades serves on the JV Team by assisting Team Members in Children Ministry, Child Check-In, and Guest Services.

These rock-solid, dedicated individuals are responsible for transporting visitors and members from the lower parking lots to the front door, as well as escorting guests from their cars in the event of bad weather.

Team members pray with and for people during services and throughout the week.

Production volunteers help deliver an excellent, distraction-free service environment. If you’re creative, intuitive, hard-working, and have a passion for visual excellence and details, working behind the scenes with Production might be your next step. There are spots to serve at every service.

Those who serves on this team are active in providing a safe place for people to worship each week.

Walking into a service can be overwhelming for some. As a usher you get to put their minds at ease as you help them find their seats and fill their every need. There’s always time to say hello to a few regulars and build new friendships with first-time guests.
