At Shiloh Church, leadership growth is a key part of our mission. One of ways you can grow as a leader is through leading a small group. You can become a Small Group Leader by participating in our training sessions before each semester’s group launch. Leader training is typically one or two weeks before Small Group Launch. 

Additionally, our annual Leadership Conference provides valuable opportunities for further development. Whether you’re new to leadership or looking to grow, there are multiple ways to strengthen your leadership skills and make a lasting impact.
